Delivery Policy
We offer free a.m. deliveries in mainland England and Wales as standard providing the following conditions are in place:

Carriage Terms
Delivery policy for timber orders:
We offer free deliveries on orders over 2 Pallets in mainland England and Wales as standard; subject to the following conditions:
Free delivery is subject to the first delivery to site, all subsequent deliveries will incur a carriage charge.
All deliveries over 2 Pallets will be delivered free of charge, any deliveries under 2 pallets will incur a carriage charge of £100 + VAT.
We require 72 hours notice for free delivery - deliveries required on a shorter lead time will be subject to a charge of £100 + VAT.
We endeavour to deliver AM but due to the nature of haulage, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Deliveries cancelled en-route will be subject to a £120 + VAT cancellation fee.
Deliveries to other destinations such as Scotland etc will be subject to price on application.
Delivery off-load times are restricted to 2 hours, if off-load exceeds this time, there may be additional costs.
Carriage charges on accessories:
Next Working day delivery - delivered to mainland U.K:
Carriage charges will be quoted at time of order.
Delivery on other items will be based on the following:
- Next working day delivery to mainland U.K.
- The customer must be able to be on-site to sign goods and offload vehicle.
- Orders must be received by 11am to be guaranteed next working day delivery.
- Next working day delivery is subject to stock availability.
- Next working day delivery is Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm and there must be someone available to take delivery and sign for it.
- Damages must be noted on the delivery note at time of signing or no claim can be made.
- Damages must be noted to Reflex Sports Ltd within 7 days of receipt.
- Deliveries cancelled en-route or deliveries showing as failed may be subject to further charges.
