As part of an ongoing maintenance regime, timber floors should be mechanically cleaned and additional coats of surface lacquer applied.
Over the passage of time, the surface may incur damage that may require more intensive remedial work. In this situation, Reflex will sand the timber back to bare wood, removing all existing lacquer and any contaminants prior to carrying out any repairs (if necessary) and re-coating with several coats of new lacquer.
